NYCON Supply Corp, a business unit of U.S. Concrete, was established in 1999 by Carmino Salgado and George Reis. Since NYCON’s inception, we have made it our goal to establish a company that focuses on customer service and quality concrete. We have grown from four trucks in 1999, to over thirty modern concrete mixers, servicing Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Our success has been a direct result of providing our customers with quality concrete products, at a fair price, with on-time delivery and the personal service necessary to ensure that we build long-term relationships with our customers and that we contribute to making their projects efficient and profitable. In 2016, NYCON Supply Corp. was acquired by U.S. Concrete.

Servicing high rise construction, municipal work, road construction, city sidewalks and individual homeowners, no job has proven too big or too small for our quality team to handle.

Leed Accredited Job Supplier

NYCON Supply Corp. is proud to be a supplier for many LEED accredited jobs. Using recycled materials, such as granulated blast furnace slag from grancem and flyash from separation technologies to reduce the amount of concrete in our mixes to reduce our carbon footprint. All the materials used are manufactured and delivered from within 500 miles of our plant.

Environmentally Friendly

All the excess water from our daily concrete production is collected into settling pits and reused to washout our trucks, saving over 10,000 gallons of water per day. In addition, all excess concrete recycled to make 2 x 2 x 6 retaining wall blocks that are used as anti-terrorism barriers by D.O.T., and NYC Police and Fire Departments. These blocks are also used by many other industries to make simple walls and dividing material bins. Excess concrete is also crushed and manufactured into Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA), which is used on many roadwork projects. Our new fleet of trucks are equipped with particle air filters, meeting the strictest emission laws and specifications required on government funded jobs.

At NYCON Supply Corp, we believe it is our responsibility to do whatever possible to reduce our carbon footprint to make a difference in our children’s future.
